During the interrogation, Alexey Tretyakov said that he was the mayor of Tchaikovsky during 2014-2019, and before that — deputy of the City Duma.
— As a volunteer, I signed a contract on September 7 with the Russian Ministry of Defense. I was assigned to the 78th Regiment of the 42nd Motorized Rifle Division. They transported me to Lisichansk, where I trained for a week, — said the prisoner.

Tretyakov admitted that he came to Ukraine to fight with NATO, but I never met his units here. At the same time, he admitted that Russian propaganda is lying, and Crimea — Ukrainian.
