– And so when they turned and said: “Wait, we are still considering this document”, because it was still being corrected until the last moment at the Summit , they were removed from the list,” explained the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

In particular, he emphasized that Russian propaganda media were the first to disseminate information about the revocation of signatures under the communiqué.

At the same time, Kuleba did not name the countries that are considering the possibility of signing a communiqué. He explained that it was incorrect for him to publicly voice such information.

However, he named the regions where there could be potential signatories to the communiqué:

– “There are several countries from Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America, several countries from Oceania and Asia,” Kuleba said.

Let us recall that at first the communiqué of the Peace Summit in Switzerland was supported by representatives of 80 countries and 4 organizations (Council of Europe, European Commission, European Council and European Parliament).

However, later Iraq and Jordan were not included in the list of communiques of the Global Peace Summit.

Subsequently it also became known that Rwanda was not among the list of signatories, despite the fact that earlier this country was in the photo that Vladimir Zelensky showed in his Telegram channel.

At the same time, the Ecumenical Patriarchate joined the communiqué of the Peace Summit.

On June 20, it became known that another country, Zambia, has joined the list of signatories of the communiqué.

A little earlier, Antigua and Barbuda and the Organization of American States joined the communiqué.
