The first recruiting center for the Ukrainian army began operating in Kyiv. This is already the 18th center in Ukraine.

According to information from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the first recruiting center in Kyiv began work at 41 Vozdushnyi Sil Avenue (TsPAU Solomensky district).
The recruiting center is intended to provide information and advisory services to citizens who have expressed a desire to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said the head of the KGVA Sergei Popko.

He assures that at the recruitment center of the Ukrainian army they do not hand out summonses, but provide the opportunity to choose the appropriate position and military unit.
According to the Department of Defense, the center employs four civilian recruiters who help candidates identify positions that match their civilian experience.
You can choose from both combat and logistical specialties: from marksmen and medics, to cooks and drone operators.
There are a total of 18 recruiting centers in Ukraine. Some of them have been working for only a few weeks, but there are already more than 2.6 thousand requests and almost 400 citizens who are at different stages of recruitment.
