In Ukraine, starting in December, they will begin to hold regular meetings of the Technological Rate, which are aimed at ensuring the stable operation of the domestic defense-industrial complex (MIC).
President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this during the presentation of the internal Sustainability Plan in the Verkhovna Rada on November 19.

The Ukrainian leader said that the Sustainability Plan has a clause on weapons. In this regard, a Technological Rate will be created.

– In this format, we will regularly gather the best specialists and useful technological ideas, – Zelensky emphasized.
The first meeting will be held in early December.
The President noted that a strong military-industrial complex is capable of providing Ukraine with independence in choosing a military strategy. According to him, the implementation of the military points of the Victory Plan and the Sustainability Plan will ensure strategic security even without nuclear weapons.
– We can find deterrence tools. Our weapons will always be our first guarantor, Zelensky said.
Recall that in early October, Zelensky held the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, where he heard reports on providing the army with weapons, equipment and the prospects for its needs.
During the Headquarters, priorities for the defense industry for 2024 were determined, in particular the development of missiles, drones and shells, as well as attracting investment.
