The European Commission did not extend the ban on the import of Ukrainian grain into five EU countries

The European Commission made a decision that did not extend the restriction on the supply of Ukrainian grain to five EU countries — Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Slovakia.

The previous restriction expires today, September 15.

The European Commission concluded that due to the embargo on Ukrainian grain, which was introduced since the beginning of May of this year, market distortions in the five member states bordering Ukraine have disappeared.
