In the Russian cities of Lipetsk and Yelets, explosions were heard at night, and the airfield and the Energia plant were attacked by drones.
The explosions were first reported by local residents, and then the drone strike was confirmed by the governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov, however, did not write about the attack on the airfield and the Energia plant. He only reported a fire in the parking lot of one of the enterprises in Yelets.
In particular, Artamonov reported on victims as a result of the drone attack in Lipetsk.

Drone attack on the Energy plant: what is known
Eyewitness footage shows that one of the UAVs hit the asphalt near the plant, and a fire broke out on the territory of the enterprise itself. ASTRA geolocated the footage: the photos and videos actually show the territory of the Energia plant, as well as its main building.
PAO Energia is the largest enterprise in Russia specializing in the production of chemical current sources. The plant is located in Yelets, Lipetsk Region.

Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the company is under sanctions from the European Union, the United States, Japan and other countries.
The plant was attacked for the second time in the last three months; it was previously hit on the night of May 23.
