Viktor Andrusov, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, spoke about this. According to him, now we should switch to the format of a long-term struggle.

“I would say that you no longer need to prepare for some dates, because the Russians no longer have them. They are no longer attached to anything,” Viktor Andrusiv said.
Several times the infidels set some dates and goals for themselves – they did not achieve them and therefore decided not to set them at all. Andrusiv suggested that the Russians plan to reach the borders of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, and then offer negotiations.
This is the model Russia is probably promoting in the West. Like, “we are entering the borders of the Luhansk region and Donbass, and then we are ready to sit down at the negotiating table.”

The process of substitution is underway
Viktor Andrusiv added that the West is helping us, but while doing this, we are actually running out of our reserves. This is how ammunition for the existing equipment disappears.
“It turns out that we are not reinforcing ourselves with Western equipment, but simply replacing what we already had. Such trends are negative and they very seriously push back the possibility of our counterattacks “, he explained.
Andrusiv noted that, due to the depletion of Soviet stocks, we are forced to switch to Western weapons.
In fact, we are in the process of replacing – for example, old howitzers, armored vehicles – with Western models. This will take a lot of time, which will affect the start of counter-offensive actions.
“We expect that in 3 months we will replace our weapons enough and as of August – early autumn, we may be much better prepared But I wouldn’t even set such dates, because the enemy is constantly working on his mistakes, also reacting to all his problems,” Viktor Andrusiv said.
Pay attention! Ukraine constantly receives new weapons from the allies. In particular, after a conversation with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that more heavy weapons are being sent to Ukraine.
