This information was reported in the morning report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, they noted that the Kremlin's mercenaries did not stop conducting offensive operations in the Eastern Operational Zone. Their goal is to establish full control over the territory of the Donetsk, Lugansk and Kherson regions and to keep the land corridor between these territories and the annexed Crimea.
The General Staff reported that the Ukrainian side is taking measures to strengthen the protection of the Ukrainian-Russian border in Bryansk and Kursk regions in the Seversky direction.
