The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the current situation on the battlefield on the morning of September 3. Our soldiers are repulsing the attacks.
The situation in the Kharkiv region
There were no significant changes in the Slobozhansky direction. The units of the defense forces hold their positions and do not allow the enemy to move deep into the territory of Ukraine.

Battle for Donbass
The General Staff reported that in the Slavyansk direction, artillery shelling by the occupiers was carried out in the settlements of Bolshaya Kamyshevakha, Karnaukhovka, and Vernopolye. There were no active offensive operations by the enemy.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy fired at the areas of the settlements of Raigorodok, Seversk, and Disputed.
In the Bakhmut direction, mortars, tanks, cannon and rocket artillery fired at areas points of Soledar, Bakhmut, Kodema.

In the Avdiivka direction, the settlements of Avdiivka, Vodyanoye, and Veseloe were shelled from tanks, mortars and cannon artillery.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy did not conduct active offensive operations. Fired at the areas of the settlements of Maryinka, Bolshaya Novoselka, Neskuchnoye, Ugledar, Pavlovka.
What is happening in the South
According to the General Staff, in the Zaporozhye direction, the enemy was shelling objects in the areas of the settlements of Novoselka, Zheleznodorozhnoye, Hulyaipole, Krasnoe, Shcherbaki, Belogorye.

In the Yuzhnobuzhsk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of the settlements of Lozovoye, Andreevka, Olgino, Zeleny Gai, Stepnaya Dolina.Our Defense Forces successfully repelled the enemy offensive in the areas of the settlements of Vysokopole and Potemkino.
Rocket attacks on Russians
- The enemy does not stop their attacks. The night against September 3 was “loud” in the Dnepropetrovsk region. The invaders fired 5 missiles at it, which the air defense forces managed to shoot down. The enemy hits the area with cruise missiles, “Grads”, as well as heavy artillery. Only in the Dnieper region, the Ukrainian military managed to shoot down 5 Russian missiles aimed at the Dnieper. None of the shells hit the enemy targets.
- The threat from the Black Sea also remains. According to the latest data, there were carriers of Caliber cruise missiles, which together can attack our country with 24 shells at once.
