Telegram channels pose a threat because it is through them that the enemy recruits people to carry out sabotage against Ukraine.
This was stated by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Kovalenko.

— TikTok is much faster and more effective than YouTube in terms of responding to disinformation and cooperation with Ukraine. There are threats there, of course, but they can be eliminated, — he claims.
According to Kovalenko, TikTok algorithms can make any content very popular, and there is no such thing on the YouTube online platform.
The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation noted that the situation with the use of TikTok by the military has been monitored since 2022.
He explained that certain work is done by military counterintelligence or local commanders.
In his opinion, it is not advisable to use TikTok as a messenger, just like Telegram or Facebook.
Kovalenko said that there were cases when at the beginning of the operation in Kursk region with Sudzha the video was published. However, he noted that they acted quickly: the soldier promptly deleted the video and did not do it again.
