North Korea is ready to provide Russia with the necessary weapons/Collage 24 Channel

Kim Jong-un came to Russia to meet with Vladimir Putin. Both dictators are interested in the “union” of North Korea and Russia, because each will benefit from it.

Advisor to the head told about this24 Channel Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak, noting that Russia has a shortage of certain weapons, and North Korea is ready to provide them.

Meeting of “global players< /h2>

Russia today is looking for an opportunity anywhere to compensate for the insufficient production potential of its military-industrial complex. And by helping the aggressor country with weapons, Kim Jong-un solves two problems:

  • get food, since North Korea works so “effectively” that it changes anything exclusively for food goods. And they will receive additional grain opportunities, additional products from Russia;
  • to show that the head of North Korea is a global player. Like, he sits next to Putin, with another “global player”, and they decide the fate of the world.

“Russia will receive a number of tools to continue waging war, to compensate for its resource deficits. First of all, shells, mines and shells for MLRS,” emphasized the adviser to the head of the OPU.

We didn’t think that there would be a shortage of shells

And although North Korea, according to the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kirill Budanov, has been supplying weapons to Russia for a month and a half, as well as Iran, which provides it with drones, shells, etc., there are not many countries in the world that are ready to directly arm the aggressor country .

There are other countries that allow Russia to receive scarce currency in order to purchase something as part of parallel imports, allow it to bypass sanctions, etc. And then there is the “white” business – with the jurisdiction of any countries, including European ones, still operating in Russia, and providing it with the opportunity to receive tax revenues. And with these incomes we can already buy something,” Podolyak emphasized.

Ukraine’s reaction to the cooperation of two dictators is obvious: we still need to move along the front line, regardless of whether Russia has agreed with someone or not.

If you look at this situation from the other side, Russia is forced to ask North Korea for weapons due to the fact that it has a huge problem.

< p dir="ltr">When the Russians entered the territory of Ukraine in February 2022, they did not even imagine that they would have a shortage of 152 and 122 mm shells for classic Soviet guns.

They believed that it would be enough for them to completely cover the entire Ukraine with these shells. But today we see that there is a certain shortage, including cruise missiles, noted the adviser to the head of the OPU.

They are making concessions to North Korea

At the same time, the reaction of the global community to North Korea's supply of weapons to Russia is rather restrained.

What can they do? other than publicly saying that they are condemning? There are no instruments of influence, because 20-year sanctions against Iran have led to the fact that it has a large production of missiles of a certain range, drones of various modifications, etc. – explained Podolyak.

Everyone is also making concessions to North Korea, in his opinion, they say, this is a bad regime, but let’s still give them some grain and rice so that they do not train nuclear missiles or at least carriers of nuclear warheads.

Mikhail Podolyak noted that one should not expect significant reactions from the world community and even at the UN to the supply of North Korean weapons to Russia.

What is known about the meeting Putin and Kim Jong-in
