Former world light heavyweight champion, Ukrainian Alexander Gvozdyk will fight his next fight against the American David Benevides.
The title of interim WBC world light heavyweight champion will be at stake in the fight.

Benavidez has 28 wins in 28 fights, 24 of which — knockout. Gvozdyk had 21 fights in the professional ring, in which he suffered one defeat.
The Ukrainian returned to professional boxing in 2023, after a break of more than three years. In seven months, he fought three fights: he defeated the Mexican Josue Obando, the Latvian Richard Bolotniks and the Brazilian Isaac Rodriguez in non-title fights.
It became known that Gvozdyk would fight his next fight against Benevides in February. Let us remind you that the Ukrainian’s opponent was appointed by the World Boxing Council (WBC).
