The court confiscated a house in Koktebel and a car from propagandist Kiselev

The panel of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the administrative claim of the Ministry of Justice against the Russian propagandist Dmitry Kiselev and confiscated his property on the territory of Ukraine.

As the VAKS press service reported, we are talking about the property of a propagandist in temporarily occupied Crimea.

The court recovered its assets as state income, namely:

  • residential building with a total area of ​​151.1 m² in Koktebel;
  • land plot with a total area of ​​0.2878 hectares;
  • Land Rover car;
  • trailer;
  • 100% share in the authorized capital of Club Skovoroda LLC;
  • 30.95% share in the authorized capital of Promo.UA LLC.

It is noted that an appeal against the decision of the HACS can be filed by a participant in the case within five days from the date of proclamation of the court decision.
