The court banned the party of the former Kherson head “Vladimir Saldo Bloc” and the State party, where Kherson collaborator Kirill Stremousov was a member of the Development Council. It is known that he, along with Saldo, went over to the side of the Russian invaders.

Vladimir Saldo is the so-called “chairman” of the Kherson regional state administration, who was appointed by Russian infidels. And Kirill Stremousov is a member of the Kherson pseudo-authority.

On June 14, 2022, the Eighth Court of Appeal in Lviv banned the parties they were in, namely the Volodymyr Saldo Bloc and the State.

The property of the party and all their cells is transferred to the state. However, the court's decision itself cannot yet be appealed to the Supreme Court.

It is known that the prosecutor's office opened proceedings against Saldo, since he became one of the 23 traitors of the Kherson region who accepted a Russian passport. At the same time, he noted that for him this is a “historical moment”, as well as “we are one country and one people.”

In the “State” party, as well as in the “Saldo” party, there are many collaborators among the participants. In particular, this is Kherson collaborator Kirill Stremousov, who was a member of the party development council.

How the meeting took place

Leading party finance analyst Igor Feshchenko noted that three court sessions took place. However, we were not allowed to attend a single meeting.

He noted that therefore we cannot evaluate the arguments of the Ministry of Justice, which is the plaintiff in these cases.

The ban on attending the meeting was motivated by the fact that martial law is now in effect, and they referred to the coronavirus. It is very important that the court follows the procedure and properly examines the evidence in the case,” said Igor Feshchenko.

“For example, the meeting on the Balance bloc lasted 35 minutes. It must be understood that parties can appeal decisions. We have already we witnessed how the court session was postponed today due to a counterclaim from the Vitrenko party,” added Igor Feshchenko.

What other parties were banned

These are not the first pro-Russian parties that have banned Opposition Bloc, NASHI, Socialists, Justice and Development were previously on this list.

However, there was one party that filed a counterclaim, which turned out to be the pro-Russian political project Progressive Socialist Party of Ukraine ” with Natalia Vitrenko.

Note that the ban on parties does not solve the problem completely. After all, members of these political forces can create new parties that will spread the same narratives. Therefore, the court must approve the decision on pro-Russian politicians and prohibit them from returning into politics .
