The head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Ermak, said that the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in 2023 depended entirely on the weapons provided by the allies and was successful.
He spoke about this in an interview with the Spanish publication El Mundo.
According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed the potential of the Russian fleet in the Black Sea, which is also considered part of the counteroffensive.
