President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky congratulated the decision of the Council of Europe to exclude Russia. This is the first organization that has taken such a step.

The Head of State also met in Kyiv with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Maria Pejcinovic-Burich and thanked her for her visit to the Ukrainian capital.
