The shelling of a playground in Kyiv was commented by Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak.
“Cowards fighting playgrounds, children and people. This is another signal to the civilized world that the Russian issue must be resolved by force,” Yermak wrote.
In the State Emergency Service reported that as a result of the morning missile attack on Kyiv, there were wounded and dead.
