The largest enterprise of Belarus, which supplies fertilizers all over the world, stops in the state. Belarusian journalist Franak Vyachorka spoke about this on the air of Channel 24.
“The consequences are already felt“, Vyachorka stressed. According to him, the enterprises of the oil complex either stop to expel people on unpaid vacations.

The journalist believes it may be too early to measure the main effect of European sanctions. However, it is known that they will concern:
- several banks of Alexander Lukashenko serving state-owned enterprises;
- state-owned television channels – propaganda organizations that now replicate pro-Russian narratives.
“We have been talking about sanctioning these organizations for 1.5 years already. Only now the West has agreed to impose sanctions against them,” Vyachorka explained.
He noted that it is necessary that separate, individual sanctions be introduced against every propagandist who lies every day on the state television of Belarus.

It's hard to say whether there is already a collapse in the oil refineries of Belarus. However, they did lose most of their markets.
These factories were built in Soviet times. Oil went to Belarus, it was processed into products through factories, then it went to the West,” Vyachorka noted.
He explained that now, when Western states have imposed sanctions, the relevant products have ceased to be available to anyone then you need it .

“They stop production. They are already working in the red. Lukashenka is losing up to a billion dollars a month from state reserves,” the journalist emphasized.
He is sure that closer to the summer of 2022, the real effect of sanctions will be noticeable (possibly , some enterprises will stop). In all likelihood, there will be protests, strikes at enterprises. After all, the workers are very unhappy with the situation and blame Lukashenka for it.
