The Prosecutor General's Office announced suspicion of the Russian admiral/State Emergency Service of Ukraine
The Office of the Prosecutor General reported suspicion to the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy for air and missile strikes on Ukraine from Russian ships.
The investigation announced a suspicion the Russian admiral in waging an aggressive war and encroaching on the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The Prosecutor General's Office reports that the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy acted in collusion with other representatives of the Russian authorities and armed forces, and also took part in planning and waging war against Ukraine and aggressive actions violating its territory orial integrity.
The admiral violated the requirements of international law on the prohibition of acts of aggression. He also provided training and initiated the invasion of the territory of Ukraine. With his assistance, 7 military units with standard weapons and weapons invaded Ukraine. These units also launched air and missile strikes on Ukraine from ships.
It is reported that an investigation is underway and legal proceedings are needed. The investigation is being conducted by the Chief Investigator of the SBU.
For crimes of this type, the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for punishment – life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
