Belarus is preparing to respond to possible attacks/Collage of Channel 24

The armed forces of Belarus do not plan to conduct offensive operations yet. At the same time, they continue to train the response forces.

This was reported in the morning report of May 6 at the General Staff. At the same time, they noted that the occupiers did not carry out active operations either in the Volyn or Polesie directions.

What is the current situation in Belarus

Eyewitnesses witnessed the movement of columns of military equipment in Belarus. Photos that prove this appeared on the network on May 4. Following the route, it was possible to assume that the cars were driving towards the borders of Ukraine, as well as Lithuania.

Subsequently, it became known how many missiles were fired at Ukraine from the territory of Belarus. We are talking about 631 missiles since the start of a full-scale Russian invasion. Note that the first “arrival” became known on February 24 at 06:29. The first peak of the missile attack was on March 9 (35 missiles flew towards Ukraine), and the largest strike was on April 1. At least 56 warheads were launched from Belarus that day.

British intelligence stressed that Russia will use all possible methods to prevent Ukraine from concentrating forces in the Donbass. Yes, they will conduct training in Belarus. This, in turn, will suggest a possible threat from the North. Consequently, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will not be able to fully engage in confrontation in the East and South of our state.

At the same time, Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko hurried to calm everyone down. Like, military exercises on the territory of the country will not threaten anyone. He also added that he was not interested in resolving the conflict in the West.

True, Alexander Lukashenko was very surprised that Russia's “special operation” would drag on for several months. He, recall, was sure that success could be achieved in a matter of days. At the same time, he denied involvement in the war against Ukraine. They say that he is not sufficiently aware of Russia's plans. So he cannot say whether everything in the aggressor country is going according to schedule.

Lukashenko also proved his cynicism once again. In one of the interviews, he stressed that Belarus “will not participate in a special operation” in Ukraine. The dictator tried in every possible way to convince the journalist that he stands exclusively for peace. Moreover, he condemns the war against Ukraine.

Subsequently, another convoy of military equipment was noticed in Belarus. It was marked with red squares. Cars were driving along the M1 and M10 highways in the direction of Pinsk. Also, a convoy of armored personnel carriers was noticed near the town of Zhitkovichi.
