The city will gradually begin to fail, – Andryushchenko about the problem of a landslide in Mariupol

Mariupol is experiencing significant landslide problems. As a result of bombing, shelling and damage to the water supply, craters form in the city.

About Channel 24said the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petr Andryushchenko. He noted that such craters are formed in different parts of the city.

There is a big hole near the ground in the very center

Andryushchenko said that it is hardly not the largest funnel in the city formed in its very center. And this is very significant, because the first traffic light was pompously opened near it the other day.

This hole is trying to ignore. It grew out of a crack in the asphalt and in a week turned into a huge funnel. In fact, this is expected by most of the city, – said the adviser to the mayor of the city.

According to him, soil landslides occur for several reasons. These are the consequences of massive shelling and bombing, as well as the imperfect repair of the water network by the Russians.

“They repaired it where possible. And they simply do not pay attention to all kinds of holes in the dungeon,” Andryushchenko emphasized.

So, he continued, the water washes away the facades, the earth and such holes will appear more and more often. He also added that therefore, even when clearing rubble or starting construction, tractors get stuck in the invaders.

Water flows both on the ground and underground, entire rivers. And when autumn comes, we will see how the city will begin to fail, – the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol emphasized.

Andryushchenko also said that the Russians began to build neighborhoods. In particular, the most high-profile such construction is the block from the Russian Ministry of Defense. They promise to build a thousand apartments by the end of the year and provide shelter for about 2 and a half thousand Mariupol residents.

“In fact, about 40 thousand people in the city have nowhere to live. They live in destroyed housing or still in basements, entrances Therefore, this does not meet the request,” Andryushchenko said.

Also, according to him, the Russians are building two more small microdistricts, literally a couple of houses each. These are the so-called Putin's concrete kurniks.

These concrete cells are stacked on top of each other, they are not insulated in any way. And according to our information, they plan to resettle teachers and doctors in these houses, whom they will try to bring to work in the city, – said the adviser to the mayor of the city.
