In the case of the formation of such an agenda, the head of the TCC and the joint venture or his department must apply a qualified electronic signature on the day it was generated.
According to the publication, centralized printing of subpoenas will be carried out by the Ministry of Defense or state enterprises that are of strategic importance for the economy and security of the state in the printing industry.
They will operate on the basis of agreements concluded between the Ministry of Defense, the designated postal operator and the relevant state enterprises.
When will they start sending such subpoenas by mail
According to the law on mobilization, which came into effect on May 18, July 16 is the deadline for updating military registration data in the TCC for reservists and men liable for military service.
And after July 17, representatives of the TCC and the joint venture will have the right to send citizens summonses by mail with a list of attachments and a notification of delivery to the address of residence or registration.
