On December 11, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the new composition of the Supervisory Board of Ukrenergo. The composition includes four independent experts and three representatives of the state.

— In general, the Supervisory Board of NEC Ukrenergo consists of seven people: four independent members elected based on the results of the competition and three representatives of the state. It can be stated that the updated personal composition of the Supervisory Board has been fully formed, — the company reported.
The new composition of the Supervisory Board, approved by orders of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, includes independent members:
- Patrick Roland Grayhan— European energy and climate expert who was previously State Secretary at the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection;
- Luigi De Francisci — Regulatory affairs specialist at the Italian energy operator TERNA who already served on the supervisory board of Ukrenergo from 2019 to 2021;
- Eppe Sebastian Kofod — European politician and specialist in energy and security issues, with over 25 years of experience in European diplomacy, a deep understanding of the energy market and its regulation;
- Jan Henrik Montell — corporate governance specialist and CFO of the Finnish energy operator.

- Yuri Boyko — Adviser to the Prime Minister, with over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, who became Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ukrenergo in 2023;
- Anatoly Guley — Professor, Doctor of Economics and Master of Laws, previously headed the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange;
- Alexey Nikitin — Leading specialist of the engineering and technical department of the State Enterprise 38 engineering and technical department.
Recall that since September, the supervisory board of Ukrenergo has been working in an incomplete composition, since several independent members resigned in protest against the dismissal of the head of the company, Vladimir Kudritsky.
On September 20, the Ministry of Energy announced a competition for the positions of independent members of the board.
