The People's Assembly of Bulgaria ratified an agreement with the European Commission to provide microfinance assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 3.6 billion euros.
The Bulgarian publication Novitine reports this.
116 deputies cast their votes in favor, 48 — voted against, six deputies abstained. The agreement provides for the provision by Bulgaria of guarantees in the amount of 16,654,646 euros.

It was previously reported that the Defense Committee of the Bulgarian Parliament, after a debate, approved the provision of obsolete anti-aircraft missile systems to Ukraine, as well as assistance in training Ukrainian pilots on the F-16.
