On August 10, prosecutors, criminalists and investigators inspected a forest belt near the village of Mala Rogan. They found the remains of a man's body with his hands tied.
According to the preliminary version of the investigation, the Russian military killed the victim when they occupied the indicated settlement. Currently, the corpse has been sent for a forensic medical examination, the prosecutor's office said.

A body was also found in the Kyiv region

Head of the Regional National Police Department Andrei Nebitov said that the hands of the deceased were tied with a rope with fasteners through an iron carabiner of the towing cable. The same rope was wound around the victim's neck.
“Everything indicates that the man was strangled before his death,” Nebitov believes.
The policeman also said that this is the second body found in New Zalesye. A few months ago, a murdered IDP from Donbass was discovered.
