Strengthening the air defense of Ukraine

The presenter said that at the end of the first day Ukraine will receive 4 Patriot and 1 SAMP/T, which is the Italian equivalent of the American strategic air defense system. 3 Patriot systems are provided by the USA, Germany and Romania. In addition, the Netherlands, together with partners, will provide another battery.

Some of these 5 strategic air defense systems will operate in the rear and protect the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine, some – at the front.

In addition, in the coming months, Ukraine will receive dozens of tactical air defense systems, namely IRIS- T, HAWK and Gepard. This will greatly strengthen the air defense of our country.

Working on US permission to carry out strikes
