Ukrainians should remember that the threat from Belarus still remains. For a long time there was an assumption that their army would also enter Ukraine.
The fact that one should not relax with the Belarusians is confirmed by the data of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The new code was made public on the morning of Sunday, May 22.
Belarus has stepped up intelligence
The General Staff notes that units of the armed forces of the republic in the Volyn and Polesie directions Belarus tightened reconnaissance.
The Ukrainian military noted that the Belarusians are deploying additional means to conduct electronic reconnaissance in the border areas of the Gomel region.
In addition, there is a threat that from the territory of Belarus they will continue to launch missile and air strikes against targets on the territory of our state.
Note that back in early May, the Belarusian Defense Ministry announced that they were sending special operations forces under the border with Ukraine. This, they say, will happen “as part of the verification.” Eyewitnesses also filmed military equipment that was traveling to the borders of Ukraine and Lithuania.
Important for the construction of the General Staff
- On the morning of May 22, our military provided up-to-date information about the events taking place at the front. One of the most striking areas of struggle is Severodonetsk. But, according to the General Staff, there and in the Avdeevsky directions, they managed to push the enemy Russian troops back to their old positions. The Russians suffered heavy losses.
- In the Slavic direction, the Russian invaders are preparing to resume their offensive. To do this, Russian infidels shelled the settlements of Vernopolye, Dubrovnoye and Dovgenkoye. At the same time, our Armed Forces are also preparing to “meet” the enemy in order to prevent his vile plans from coming true.
- Also, the General Staff noted that there is unrest in the Chernihiv region. There, the Russians are shelling the border areas of the region. The danger is also in the Sumy region, where enemy DRGs broke through even earlier. Despite the fact that the Russian infidels have retreated from the North, they continue to do sabotage in this direction in order to keep our forces there and prevent them from moving to the Donbass.
