In the Volyn and Polesye directions, the Belarusian troops are concentrating their main efforts on reconnaissance, engineering equipment of positions and protection of the state border. There is a threat of missile and air strikes.
In the Seversk direction, the aggressor fired artillery at the units of the Defense Forces in the border areas of the Sumy and Chernihiv regions.
In the Kharkiv direction, Russian infidels hold the occupied territories. They are trying to prevent the Defense Forces from reaching the state border and to the rear of the group operating in the Slovyansk direction. The enemy also conducted reconnaissance during the battle near Kochubievka, but to no avail.
In the Slavyansk direction, the invaders continue their offensive against Slavyansk. They are conducting reconnaissance in force in the area of Krasnopolye, the battle continues. The Russians wanted to completely capture Bogorodichne, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces successfully repulsed the assault. The invaders fired artillery at the Dolina, Krasnopolye, Dubrovny and Vernopolye regions.
There were no active operations in the Liman direction.
In the Bakhmut direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled an enemy assault in the direction of Zolote, so the enemy retreated. The occupiers tried to leave in the direction of Vasilyevka and Berestovoye, but were forced to flee.
There were no active offensive operations in the Avdeevsky, Kurakhovsky, Novopavlovsky and Zaporozhye directions. The enemy launched air strikes near New York, Avdiivka and Pobeda.
In the Yuzhnobuzh direction, the enemy attacked 16 settlements with artillery and multiple launch rocket systems. Ukrainian aviation carried out strikes against concentrations of Russians in the Kherson, Kakhovka and Berislav districts of the Kherson region.

The Russians are gathering additional rocket artillery for the complete capture of Severodonetsk. The battle between the invaders and the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues.
In general, in the Severodonetsk direction, Russian infidels continue to fire at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with cannon and rocket artillery. This was reported in the morning summary of the General Staff on June 17.

Fighting is underway for full control of Severodonetsk. The enemy is moving additional rocket artillery units to the direction, the report says.
The Russians also launched an airstrike on Ustinovka.
