The head of the Kharkov regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov, also asked the residents of Kharkov and the region to stay in shelters. The invaders are shelling the regional center again.
The shelling of Kharkov: what is known

Seven more people, including a 9-year-old child, were wounded. On this day, the Russians from artillery continuously shelled the village of Udy in the Zolochiv district.
During the day on May 23, at least 5 people were injured as a result of Russian attacks in Kharkov. The Russians also shelled the cities of Merefa and Dergachi. Settlements in the Izyum and Lozovsky districts of the region suffered from enemy fire.
The hottest thing in the Kharkiv region is near Izyum. The invaders are trying to improve the tactical situation there and resume the attack on Slavyansk.
