The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is starting a recruitment project for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The corresponding agreement was signed by Deputy Minister of Defense Natalya Kalmykova and the head of the Lobby X organization Vladislav Grezev. Recruiters will do work in the interests of the army for free.
— The project will allow a person to choose a specific unit in a specific position where his/her civilian experience will be most useful. In the near future, as part of the project, we plan to sign the following agreements with recruiting companies,” she said.
In turn, Vladislav Grezev noted that the Lobby X company has extensive experience in finding personnel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

— The army needs people of different professions – from grenade throwers and mortar operators to programmers and cooks. Cooperation with the Ministry of Defense will allow us to scale up the work we have been doing,” he says.
