The Armed Forces of Ukraine will introduce the study of international humanitarian law.

— In the context of the ongoing armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and in fulfillment of the international obligations undertaken by our state, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to introduce into the training course for military personnel a mandatory unit on studying the norms of international humanitarian law (law of armed conflicts), — the message says.

It is noted that strict compliance with international humanitarian law — one of the priorities of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
