The Ukrainian Defense Forces managed to take combat control of the border area where the Russian invaders entered.

This was stated by President Vladimir Zelensky following the results of the 821st day of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.

— Held a security meeting in Kharkov — reports from the military, heads of special services, regional and city authorities. Now our soldiers have managed to take control of the border area where the Russian invaders have entered.
