This was reported on Channel 24 by Yury Ignat, the speaker of the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He explained what the whole massive attacks were like and not only.

The enemy himself does not hide it. Their task is to hit the electrical system, on which many aspects of life in our state depend. – Ignat said.
He also added that the occupiers do not use scarce missile weapons against troops and other facilities. The Russians are now saving them, which is why they are trying to hit critical infrastructure in order to break the Ukrainian people.
“They didn't succeed with the army, that's why terrorist methods went into action,” summed up the representative of the command of the Ukrainian Air Force. methods and tactics. He wants to exhaust us, including kamikaze drones. A significant part of them is destroyed by our air defense. At the same time, the invaders “probe” the weak points of the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“In the end, they are trying to divert the attention of Ukrainian forces and means, depleting anti-aircraft missile units, aviation and other defense forces. Therefore, they believe that such a combined use of missiles and drones will bring them some result,” Ignat emphasized.

The shelling of Ukraine on October 22: the main thing
- The enemy hit Volhynia, Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Kirovograd, Odessa regions.
Attention! Fromguards of the Ukrainian sky on October 22 destroyed 18 Russian missiles. To eliminate enemy shells, aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups were involved. In total, the enemy launched 38 missiles.
- A private house caught fire due to the strike on Lutsk. It suffered destruction due to the shock wave and rocket debris. One person was injured. Infidels hit a critical infrastructure facility – it was actually destroyed.
- In addition, the enemy fired on Kovel in the north of the Volyn region.
- In Rovno, the killers hit an energy facility. Air defense managed to shoot down part of the missiles. Houses were damaged in the city, there is no electricity, water, mobile communications and radio broadcasting.
- There are hits in the Khmelnytsky region. One person is known to have been injured. She received burns.
- 3 people were injured from the shelling of the Odessa region. The Russians also damaged the infrastructure there.
- The enemy in the Kirovohrad region, the invaders hit important energy facilities in the Kropyvnytskyi and Golovanovskiy districts.
