What types of subpoenas
To avoid misunderstandings, you need to know that there are the following types of subpoenas:
- A subpoena to clarify credentials.
- Subpoena for a medical examination.
- Summons for urgent military service (not currently issued).
- Agenda for the mobilization order, it is also called “appearance with things”.
Who and where can distribute subpoenas
Lawyer of the Riyako & Partners law firm Ekaterina Anishchenko said that both employees of the military registration and enlistment office and representatives of local governments or internal affairs bodies can serve the subpoena.
“As a rule, the service of the summons takes place with the participation of employees of the military registration and enlistment office and a representative of the police.There are no legal requirements at the place of delivery of the summons. institutions, workplaces, homes, etc.,” the lawyer said.
