They noted that it was added to the materials of the criminal case on the circumstances of the invaders breaking through the border in the Kharkov region, in which, in particular, a legal assessment was provided of the actions of the military command of OSGV Khortytsya during the planning and conduct of defense operations.

At the same time, Krotevich himself wrote on the X network the day before that he was “not satisfied with the response of the SBI”.

Yuri Sodol was appointed commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on February 11, 2024. Then he replaced Sergei Naev.
On June 24, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree releasing Sodol from the post of commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and appointed Andrey Gnatov instead.
On May 27, the State Bureau of Investigation announced the beginning of an investigation into the circumstances of the breach of the border by Russian troops in the Kharkov region, which occurred on May 10, 2024.
