  • The Armenian opposition has announced daily protests against the government. They will be in Yerevan on Republic Square. From time to time there are clashes between protesters and police. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan called on the UN Security Council to send a peacekeeping contingent to Karabakh.
  • On September 20, in Nagorno-Karabakh, the deputy commander of the Russian “peacekeeping” forces for military-political work, Ivan Kovgan, was eliminated. This amazing appointment happened just two months ago. One of the officers of the Northern Fleet even complained that Kovgan was a naval sailor, and “died in the mountains from a treacherous bullet.”
  • On that day in Nagorno-Karabakh, a car with the so-called Russian “peacekeepers” was fired upon. They died on the spot from their injuries. The Russians were allegedly returning from an observation post when small arms fire was opened on the vehicle near the village of Chankatah.
