Russian invaders launched a missile attack on Vinnitsa. The occupiers fired several rockets, three of which hit a civilian facility near the Yubileyny Life Center.

They attacked after an air raid
At 10:13 an air raid was heard in the Vinnytsia region. Half an hour later, at 10:46, information appeared about an explosion that had thundered in the regional center. In a matter of minutes, it was confirmed by the city council. Several explosions were noted there at once.
“Arrivals” in the city at 11:02 confirmed the mayor of Vinnitsa Sergey Morgunov. He asked the residents of the city not to share information regarding the location of the missile strike, as well as the extent of the destruction caused by the enemy.
Fortunately, not all enemy missiles hit their targets. Four of them were shot down by air defense forces. This was announced by the head of the Vinnitsa Police Department Sergey Borzov.
Emergency services were immediately sent to the scene of the attack. Soon correspondents of the Public Society reported that the State Emergency Service, rescuers, and an ambulance were working in Vinnitsa.

There are dead and wounded
Unfortunately, as a result of the missile attack, there were some casualties. As noted by the head of the Vinnytsia OV Sergey Borzov, it is known about the dead and wounded. As of 11:19 am, their number was only specified.
Soon, the head of the National Police of Ukraine, Igor Klymenko, provided additional information about the attack. He noted that according to preliminary information, the Russian military had three rockets hit the building where the office premises were located. In addition, the House of Officers and residential buildings located nearby were damaged.
As of 11:28, six wounded and two dead are known. Unfortunately, among them is a small child. And already at 12:05 p.m., the office reported that the missile attack claimed 8 lives.
It is also known that a fire broke out as a result of the “arrivals”. The fire from it also overturned in the parking lot with cars. As a result, about 50 cars were engaged. Firefighters are already working on putting out the flames.
The Presidential Office called the missile attack a terrorist attack
This is how Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak reacted to the shelling of the city. He noted that Russia had committed another terrorist act.
The high-ranking official remembered all the atrocities committed by the invaders for four months. We are talking about the shelling of residential buildings, and the bombed-out drama theater in Mariupol, as well as the attack on a shopping center in Kremenchug. He stressed that Russia should finally be recognized as a state sponsor of terrorism.
