In Kyiv, checkpoints were established and strengthened in different areas. Thanks to this, the residents of the district have become friends and are even planning the future.
This was announced on March 27 at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They noted that after the victory a meeting place will be created.
“We got to know each other, became friends and during the guard at the checkpoint they plan the future of the district. One of the plans is to equip a location for daily meetings near the site of the current checkpoint – a site, a club or a cafe called “Checkpoint No….”. And as for the number, you'll see after defeating the enemy!”, the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.
The General Staff said that the checkpoint was built quickly, because all the Kievans of the region who wanted to join. People brought tires, bags. They also brought concrete blocks, sand, and even anti-tank hedgehogs. And the bright banners that adorned the defensive structure were also brought by one of the local young guys, the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
