On February 9, the Cabinet of Ministers introduced changes to the Regulations on territorial centers of recruitment and social support, said government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk.

This decision means during mobilization and/or during the legal regime of martial law, granting the right to military registration and enlistment offices around the clock:

- consider cases of administrative offenses and impose administrative penalties in accordance with the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- organize at certain intervals medical examinations and psychological examinations by military medical commissions of those liable for military service and reservists (for regional TCC and SP);
- keep personal and qualitative records of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists, records of vehicles subject to transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during mobilization and in wartime.
Mobilization Bill No. 10449 — first reading
7 February The Verkhovna Rada supported in the first reading a new bill on mobilization.
It proposes a number of restrictions if a citizen voluntarily, within 10 days from the date of delivery of the summons, did not fulfill his duties or did not appear at the TCC (or a foreign diplomatic institution of Ukraine, if the citizen is outside the country).
