According to the prosecutor's office, the court granted the request of the NABU detectives, agreed by the SAPO prosecutor, and chose a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention.

The prosecutor's office reminds that this deputy is also accused of illegally taking UAH 93 million of funds from PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia.
On November 2, 2023, a panel of judges of the Supreme Court of Justice granted the request of the SAPO prosecutor to put him on the international wanted list.
However, the SAPO does not indicate the name of the suspected people's deputy, however, based on the description of the cases, we are talking about Yaroslav Dubnevich.
On October 10, 2023, NABU and SAPO informed the people's deputy of suspicion of organizing the seizure of state property (natural gas) worth more than UAH 2.1 billion and the legalization of illegally obtained profits. He is the sixth suspect in this case.

Other participants in the scheme were informed of suspicion in January 2018 (an episode of gas theft worth UAH 1.4 billion) and in August 2020 (an episode of gas theft worth UAH 729.8 million).
The actions of the suspect are qualified under Part 3 of Art. 27 hours 5 tbsp. 191, part 3 art. 27 hours 3 tbsp. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Since the people's deputy did not arrive at NABU to inform him of the suspicion by the authorized prosecutor of the SAP, this procedural action was carried out in accordance with Article 135 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine.
According to investigators, during 2013-2017, the people's deputy organized the seizure of natural gas by officials under his control at the Novoyavorovskaya and Novorozdolskaya CHPPs in the Lviv region for a total amount of more than UAH 2.1 billion.
