- The shopping center was completely burned out after the impact. As of 2:00 p.m., more than 20 dead and 59 injured are known.
- Local authorities declared three days of mourning in the city. Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova suggested that the case of this missile attack could be considered at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
- Law enforcement officers have already identified the Russian pilots who hit the shopping center in Kremenchug. They face life imprisonment.
