A photo of a dog crying in the ruins of the house where his owners died has gone viral. Now the dog named Krym is recovering from what he has experienced.

The animal is taken care of in the KP “Zoocontrol”. In the first days at the shelter, Crimea did not eat anything.

Due to the stress experienced, the dog did not let anyone near him and behaved aggressively. However, this behavior was quite normal. Now the dog became friends with one of the employees of “Zoocontrol” and it was with him that he went for his first walk. Now he is at the epicenter of a missile strike. So far, everything necessary is being done to normalize his condition. He begins to live anew, – said the deputy of the City Council Anton Andrienko.

The animal was brought to the shelter blind and deaf after a missile strike. In addition, heart failure was discovered in the Crimea. Therefore, he was put on drips and injected with a sedative. Now the shell shock is already passing, his vision has recovered, and Crimea is starting to eat a little.

He is already 12 years old, so due to such a venerable age, gentle treatment is needed that would not harm the dog. In addition, it turned out that the animal has been living with a tumor for a long time. Decisions to remove it will be approved at a later date. In general, the dog's condition has improved, but long-term treatment is required.

There are no documented owners in the Crimea. Now the local authorities are looking for new loving owners for him. There are no problems with this, because there are a lot of people who want to take a dog into their family. There are even foreigners among them. The city council said that they were called by people from Germany, Belgium, Great Britain and Israel who wanted to take the dog to them.

Briefly about the missile attack on the Dnieper

• On the night of September 29, the Russians launched their missile on the residential area of ​​the Dnieper. A deadly projectile hit a private residential building, where there were a grandmother, mother and two children. All of them died, as well as the little dog Jack.
