In the UK, a work by famous street art artist Banksy was dismantled and stolen.
Banksy's work was stolen less than an hour after information about it was published online.
The witnesses who saw the theft of the work were residents of London who came to look at the artist’s work. Eyewitnesses indicate that two men took the work and left with it in an unknown direction.

The work created by Banksy depicts a STOP road sign, where the artist depicted three drones on top of the letters.
The piece of art was stolen shortly after Banksy confirmed his authorship of the work and indicated its address on social networks.
Other Banksy works
This isn't the first time Banksy's work has been stolen from the streets.
So, in 2022, in Gostomel, Kiev region, a man wanted to steal a Banksy work depicting a woman in a gas mask with a fire extinguisher in her hands.

A man cut a drawing from the wall and wanted to transport the work using wooden boards and polyethylene. The graffiti was returned, and the man was informed of suspicion of attempted grand theft under martial law.
Another case was in 2019 in Paris, when Banksy’s graffiti made on the doors of the Bataclan music club was also stolen. The club is also famous for the fact that there was a terrorist attack there in 2015, in which 90 people died.
