In particular, those present include Belize, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, South Korea, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, Panama, Russia, Uruguay, Chile, Sri Lanka and Venezuela.

The Mexican Ministry of Defense called all countries “friends.” Moreover, it stated that these contingents “extolled” the event, “demonstrating the fraternity that unites Mexico with the countries of America, Europe and Asia.”

Hearings begin in The Hague regarding genocide of Russia against Ukraine

  • Note that on September 18, the International Court of Justice in The Hague begins a hearing on Ukraine’s claim against Russia. It concerns the genocide of our citizens carried out by the aggressor country since the beginning of the invasion.
