Occupiers continue to place their equipment in the temporarily captured Melitopol, Zaporozhye region. This time they settled in a church located in the city center.
Thus, the Russian invaders turned the church into a military base and a rooming house. The temple is located on Sedovtsev Street, 6.

The offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Kherson front is getting on the nerves of the Russian military. And they decided to use the tactics of the shield – they organized their military base in a residential area.
It was located in the center of Melitopol on the territory of the Word of Life church. The fence around the church was covered with a camouflage net.
Inside they spend the night and placed traffic police cars (Road Patrol Service – Channel 24) and cargo military vehicles there.

Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov told how many bases the occupiers set up in Melitopol and where they are located. Russians often use civilian premises. At present, the invaders have placed 4-5 military bases on the territory of the city.
“They are mainly located in the part near the exit towards Berdyansk – these are the Refma and Agat factories belonging to the Balitsky Gauleiter. There is concentrated a large number of equipment and personnel,” said Fedorov.
The second base is located in Novy Melitopol near the Tara plant. There is a large amount of equipment in the South, in the villages of Atmanai and Okhrimovka.
It should be noted that Russian invaders are often placed in schools. It is precisely known about their deployment on the territory of the 5th, 13th and 16th schools. The invaders set up barracks there.
