Spanish King Felipe VI and his wife Letizia traveled to Valencia, which was hit by floods. However, the crowd greeted the royal couple not with greetings, but with aggression – they threw dirt, stones, bottles and sticks at them.

As a result of the devastating flood in Spain, 272 people have already died. The royal family arrived in Valencia to assess the situation.

However, the crowd greeted the royal couple not without congratulations. They were pelted with mud, stones, bottles and sticks. People shouted insults, accusing the authorities of insufficient support. The crowd shouted: “Murderers” and “Get out of here!”

The Queen was insulted with words: “You have everything, and people are dying here!”, “You don't know about water problems! And we have nothing!”, “The President is a dog!”

The guards tried to take the king to a safe place, but the crowd did not let them leave. Mounted guards had to be used to bring the situation under control.

Valencia residents are unhappy with the authorities' slow response to the natural disaster. Earlier, the authorities sent another 10,000 security forces to the region for rescue operations.
