SpaceX has restricted the use of Starlink terminals right at the front. They are unhappy that the Ukrainian military used this Internet to control drones in order to identify the positions of the invaders.
Maxim Subbotin, a representative of the drone development team, spoke about thisChannel 24. According to him, high-quality communication is always needed for any units of the defense forces. The survival of the military depends on this.
SpaceX's claim is somewhat strange
As Subbotin emphasized, SpaceX, as a private company, can decide who to sell or not sell certain goods and services to. However, their claim is formulated somewhat strangely – as if Starlink complexes are used in the war to kill infidels.
We then need to understand that any phone of any manufacturer of any military Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is obliged to destroy the invaders, can be considered as an element of war. For example, when the coordinates are transmitted by phone from the scout to the chief of artillery. Phone manufacturers could also formulate a claim. But it would look absurd,” said Subbotin.
Usually, Starlink is used to transmit information or broadcast video from drones or any other devices that have a camera.
There are no changes in the operation of Starlink in Ukraine

- It is not yet clear what steps SpaceX has taken to limit Starlink's work in Ukraine. They said that the Ukrainians used it outside the agreement.
- Subsequently, company president Gwynne Shotwell noted that the Ukrainian military used the Starlink service to control drones to identify the positions of the occupiers. The company does not want the Internet to be used for such purposes.
