Lieutenant General Anatoly Yelizarov of the Enemy Department of Emergency Situations suddenly suffered a “failure”. In the middle of the day, a large block of ice fell on him and almost sent him to a concert with Kobzon.

On Wednesday, December 28, the enemy media reported that blocks of ice fell on the head of the Department of Operational Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. According to the media, the icicle caught up with Elizarov in Moscow – that is, in the main city of Russia. This indicates that enemy public utilities work very poorly even in large settlements. Or the icicle belonged to the sabotage and reconnaissance groups of Ukraine and had a combat mission to fall on the general. So far, this information has not been officially confirmed by the Ukrainian special services, however, the State Emergency Service of our country commented on the situation.
