The Russians are focusing on civil terror
The official noted that Russian troops have focused their efforts on terror directed at the local population. This applies even to settlements liberated from the enemy.
The hottest battles continue in the North direction and the northeast direction. Of course, the same thing is happening in the Izyum direction. The enemy is constantly trying to attack our positions,” said Sinegubov.
However, he added that infidels suffer significant losses during the attacks. Ukrainian soldiers are liquidating not only the Russians, but also many of their equipment.
They continue to replace everything
There are also many settlements in the Kharkiv region that have been liberated from the enemy. The head of the OVA noted that the same situation is observed there as it used to be in the Kyiv region.
During the retreat, the enemy mines not only administrative buildings, but even kindergartens. But start a full-scale demining, because artillery shelling does not stop.
We can't tell people to go home even after the territories have been liberated. After all, the enemy continues to strike at these settlements, – explained the head of the OVA.

The region is still under constant threat
At present, Russian troops in the Kharkiv region have partially changed their strategy and really switched to the defense of the captured positions. Therefore, Sinegubov stressed that the Ukrainian army sometimes has to literally “gnaw out” and knock out every meter of land from the enemy.
At the same time, the threat of repeated offensives is not going anywhere. According to the official, the Russians may again go on the offensive in this region as soon as they see an opportunity. Kharkiv itself will also continue to be a strategic target for the Russians.
