Ukraine has studied the language of force well, because only the aggressor country of the Russian Federation understands it. In the last six weeks alone, Russian troops have lost about 36 thousand occupiers.
This was stated by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov at the opening of the 17th meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine (Ramstein-17). It takes place online.
He noted that the Ukrainian army is taking asymmetrical actions to defeat the aggressor.

For example, the Ukrainian Defense Forces ousted Russian warships from the Black Sea, even without having their own powerful navy. Thanks to this, freedom of navigation is gradually being restored.
Umerov also cited data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on enemy losses.
According to the minister, “only since the last meeting within the Ramstein format – six weeks ago – Russia has lost almost 36 thousand soldiers.” The previous meeting in the Ramstein format took place on October 11.
– Russia certainly does not plan to stop itself. The only language Moscow can understand is force. And we have studied this language well,” Umerov emphasized.
The minister added that the situation at the front was changed by the weapons provided by the allies. These are, in particular, M142 HIMARS rocket artillery systems, Stormshadow, SCALP, ATACMS missiles, Abrams, Challenger, Leopard tanks.
Umerov explained that in order to protect lives, it is necessary to further develop “coalitions of opportunity” within the Ramstein format. We are talking about coalitions involving artillery, armored vehicles, aviation, naval forces, IT and mine clearance.
